The challenge

ID Financiero is a Mexican corporation that aims to provide micro-credits for rural areas in order to improve people in need lives. They already had market traction and were in need of an ERP automated SaaS to manage all their complex operations

The solution

We made a deep product discovery process to understand the industry, the users' needs, and the best way to achieve their goals. We started documenting every user journey to develop all platforms' UX for their products and business. We ended up crafting a fresh UI that helped all user personas understand the tool and engage with it in their experience of use
